Faced with the ongoing challenge of trying to recruit, train and retain staff, I often found myself relying on my existing staff to try to provide the skills my business needed to continue to grow and elevate.
My 32 years' experience in owning and operating several different businesses along with my passion for business analysis, branding and selling, is what inspired me to want to help small to mid-size businesses.
